Winlandia Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Winlandia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, whether you access us at winlandia.co.uk or winlandia.com. By registering an account with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. We ask that you read this document carefully before you deposit, play or claim any Winlandia bonus.

1. Who We Are

Winlandia is owned and operated by Skill on Net Ltd, a company registered in Malta under registration number C50024, with its registered office at 1/5297 Level G, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta'Xbiex XBX 1120, Malta. On our UK site, processing agent services for deposits and withdrawals are provided by Skill On Net Limited, registration number 14264775, Suite A, 4-6 Canfield Place, London NW6 3BT, United Kingdom. The Winlandia brand is a product of Winlandia Marketing OU. Founded in 2014, we are a Nordic-born casino with roots in Finland, and we now operate both a UK-facing platform and an international site with a Nordic focus.

Our Licences

Our UK site operates under a licence issued by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain, gaming licence account number 39326. Our international site is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/CRP/171/2009/01, issued on 1 August 2018. Our random number generators are certified by iTech Labs, and we are a member of eCOGRA, our alternative dispute resolution provider. Where these terms apply to our UK site, they are governed by the laws of England.

2. Eligibility, Registration and Winlandia Login

You must be at least 18 years old to register with us. Our UK site is restricted to players physically located in Great Britain only. On our international site, we do not accept players from a number of jurisdictions, including Australia, Belgium, France, Germany (Schleswig-Holstein), the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and several other listed territories; Slovakia is additionally excluded from our Live Casino section. On our international site, minimums are 10 in AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, USD or NZD, 100 in DKK, SEK or ZAR, and 700 RUB. We accept PayPal, Paysafe, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TrueLayer, Trustly, Neteller and instant bank payment on our UK site, with Skrill, Payz, Fast Bank Transfer, Sofort, Instant Payments by Citadel, INTERAC and WebMoney added internationally.

6. Withdrawals

We process Winlandia withdrawal requests using a closed-loop policy: funds are returned to the method used for deposit wherever possible. If your deposit method cannot accept withdrawals, we will require full verification of an alternative method registered in your name. Wire transfer withdrawals carry a GBP 10 fee, waived above GBP 500, with a GBP 50 minimum transaction; card and e-wallet withdrawals are free of charge. If we cannot process a withdrawal and hold no alternative payment details, we will return the funds to your bankroll after 7 days.

On our UK site, an individual withdrawal limit per transaction is set when you register; you may request a higher or lower limit by e-mail, and there is no cap on the number of transactions per day, week or month. Wins of GBP 5,000 or more, and jackpot wins, require additional verification time. On our international site, withdrawal limits are EUR 10,000 per 30 days and EUR 5,000 per transaction.

Regarding Winlandia withdrawal time, our UK site aims to process requests within a few hours once required documentation has been uploaded. On our international site, requests remain pending until midnight GMT the following day before passing to our accounts department. Once fully processed, we release funds immediately, though processing may be held if an outstanding deposit has not cleared within 24 hours.

7. Winlandia Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

Our Winlandia welcome bonus on the UK site consists of 66 free spins on Book of Dead following your first deposit of at least GBP 10, at a spin value of GBP 0.10. Wagering requirements are 10x the bonus amount and any free-spin winnings, restricted to slots. The maximum bet while wagering is 10% of your free-spin winnings (minimum GBP 0.10) or GBP 5, whichever is lower, and spins must be used before deposited funds are played. On our international site, we offer 100% up to EUR 100 plus 77 free spins on Book of Dead, with 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus and 60x on free-spin winnings.

No Deposit Bonus and Free Spins

VIP points must be converted within 180 days of being credited, and cash redemption of VIP points is available only to customers registered before 19 March 2017. Requesting a play limitation forfeits any active bonuses, cashbacks or personal offers and resets your VIP status to the lowest tier.
